About Vallejo

Big-deal discipline for owner-run businesses.

Selling a company is usually the biggest financial event of an owner's life, and most owners do it once. We started Vallejo Advisory to give owners of businesses with roughly $1M to $50M in yearly profit the same rigor larger companies get, using technology to do it more thoroughly and more efficiently.

What we stand for

How we run the firm

01

Sellers only

We represent the owner. We never work for the buyer on the same deal.

02

Partners do the work

The people who win your business are the people who run your sale.

03

Data behind every number

Every value we give you comes with the work that supports it.

04

No wealth management arm

We advise on the sale only, so we never compete with the advisors who refer to us.

What our technology does

Covers the whole market, and keeps track of all of it

  • Pulls market and deal data to support your valuation
  • Searches for buyers well beyond the usual names
  • Scores each buyer on fit, funding and deal history
  • Tracks every deadline, document and conversation

What our people do

Make the calls that software can't

  • Build the case for why your company is worth more
  • Judge which buyers are serious and which offers are real
  • Negotiate price and terms on your behalf
  • Hold everyone to their commitments, lawyers included
